Schedule 1 Main amendments

Omit all the words after "in respect of the", substitute:

service:

(a) if the decision relates to an amount recoverable under subsection 19AH(3), (4), (6) or (8) - is payable in accordance with section 19AD; or

(b) in any other case - should have been paid.
