59   Paragraphs 6(1)(c) and (d)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(c) peacetime service means service with the Defence Force that is not any of the following:

(i) warlike service;

(ii) non-warlike service;

(iii) British nuclear test defence service;

(iv) hazardous service.
