94   Application provision - conflicting access regimes, standards and directions

(1) Section 15AA of the Payment Systems (Regulation) Act 1998, as inserted by this Part, applies in relation to an access regime imposed by the Reserve Bank under subsection 12(1) of that Act before, on or after the commencement of this Part.

(2) Section 18AA of the Payment Systems (Regulation) Act 1998, as inserted by this Part, applies in relation to a standard determined by the Reserve Bank under subsection 18(1) of that Act before, on or after the commencement of this Part.

(3) Section 21A of the Payment Systems (Regulation) Act 1998, as inserted by this Part, applies in relation to a direction given by the Reserve Bank under subsection 21(1) of that Act before, on or after the commencement of this Part.
