Part 2   Provisions relating to the amendment of the Biosecurity Act 2015

8   Saving of listed human disease determinations

(1) This item applies if a determination made under subsection 42(1) of the old Biosecurity Act is in force immediately before the transition time.

(2) The determination has effect, at and after the transition time, as if it had been made by the Director-General of the CDC in accordance with section 42 of the new Biosecurity Act.
