44   Section 11 (after the paragraph beginning "A healthcare provider can obtain the healthcare identifier of a healthcare recipient")

Insert:

A health technology provider can collect, use or disclose the healthcare identifier of a healthcare recipient, or identifying information of the healthcare recipient, in certain circumstances. Other entities can also collect, use or disclose such information in certain circumstances relating to the communication and management of information by health technology providers.
