Insert:

(de) for the purposes of:

(i) the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989; or

(ii) the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988; or

(df) for the purposes of a centrelink program; or

(dg) for the purposes of a medicare program; or
