Schedule 1 Amendments relating to overseas students and education

(1) Sections 36, 44G and 98 of the new law apply on and after the commencement time.

(2) Section 44H of the new law applies in relation to:

(a) 31 October 2026; and

(b) each subsequent 31 October.
