77   After subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1

Insert:

(1AA) For the purposes of subparagraph (b)(iii) of the definition of demand driven higher education course in subclause (1), the Minister may, by legislative instrument, specify either or both of the following:

(a) a *course of study;

(b) a kind of *course of study.
