8   After subsection 11(1)

Insert:

(1A) The Governor-General may make arrangements with the Governor of New South Wales for the performance by all or any of the persons who from time to time hold office as Judges of the Local Court of that State of the functions of a Magistrate under Subdivision C of Division 1B of Part XII.
