REGULATION 5.4.01B   NOTICE OF COURT-ORDERED WINDING UP  

5.4.01B(1)    
This regulation is made for the purposes of subsection 465A(2) of the Act.

5.4.01B(2)    
The information about an order by the Court that must be set out in a notice is at least the following information:

(a)    the Court that made the order;

(b)    the date the order was made;

(c)    the name of the liquidator appointed to administer the winding up;

(d)    the name of the company;

(e)    any business name of the company;

(f)    any ABN of the company;

(g)    any ACN of the company;

(h)    

if subsection 465A(2) of the Act applies for a sub-fund of a CCIV because of section 1237B of the Act - the ARFN of the sub-fund.

Note: If subsection 465A(2) of the Act applies for a sub-fund of a CCIV because of section 1237B of the Act, that section translates most of this sub-regulation ' s references to the company so that they are references to the sub-fund.
