DISCLOSURE OF FEES AND OTHER COSTS
If a superannuation entity, managed investment scheme or retail CCIV has more than 2 options for the payment of fees: (a) the number of fee payment options must be set out in the preamble; and (b) details of all fee payment options must be set out in the template.
