2   Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2008.

Note Items 5 to 7 of Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Laws Amendment (2004 Measures No. 2) Act 2004, to which the amendments made by these Regulations relate, commence on 1 July 2008.
