AMENDMENTS MADE BY THE CUSTOMS AMENDMENT (RENEWAL OF WAREHOUSE LICENCES) REGULATIONS 2025
Section 36 , as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 14 of Schedule 1 to the Customs Amendment (Strengthening and Modernising Licensing and Other Measures) Act 2024 , continues to apply on and after that commencement in relation to an application made under subsection 84(1) of the Customs Act 1901 before that commencement.
