APPLICATION OF THE
INCOME TAX AND OTHER LAWS (REPEAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) REGULATION 2015
The amendments made by the Income Tax and Other Laws (Repeal and Consequential Amendments) Regulation 2015 apply in relation to:
(a) the 2015-16 year of income; and
(b) later years of income.
The amendments made by the Income Tax and Other Laws (Repeal and Consequential Amendments) Regulation 2015 apply in relation to:
(a) the 2015-16 year of income; and
(b) later years of income.
