9   STATEMENT OF AMOUNT OR AMOUNTS IN RESPECT OF PERSON ' S CONTRIBUTED AMOUNTS - PERIOD TO MAKE COMPLAINT  
For the purposes of subsection 15CA(2) of the Act, the prescribed period is 12 months.
