MODIFICATIONS UNDER PART XI OF THE ACT

ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES OF DECEASED PERSONS
Bankruptcy Act 1966 57 Paragraphs 118(11)(a) and (b)
Omit " who, after the sale, becomes a bankrupt " , substitute " who dies and whose estate becomes, or of a deceased debtor ' s estate that becomes, after the sale, subject to an administration order under Part XI " .
