NO ADDITIONAL FEE FOR APPLICATION REFERRED TO THE GUIDANCE AND APPEALS PANEL
No fee is payable in respect of an application that a person is taken to have made to the Tribunal under subsection 130(2) of the Act.
No fee is payable in respect of an application that a person is taken to have made to the Tribunal under subsection 130(2) of the Act.
Note:
Under subsection 130(2) of the Act, a person may be taken to have made an application to the Tribunal if the President refers a decision to the guidance and appeals panel under section 128 of the Act. No fee is payable for the application that the person is taken to have made (although a fee may be payable for the application under section 123 of the Act that resulted in the President making the referral - see Subdivision C of this Division).
