SECTION 30  

30   APPLICATION OF PART I AND PART II IN RELATION TO INCOME TAX  
Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section (3) ``at the direction of a Board of Review or court'' and substituting ``to give effect to a decision of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal or a court''.
