SECTION 43  

43   PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE OF SUPREME COURTS  
Section 28D of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (2) and substituting the following sub-section:

``28D(2) This section applies to a proceeding in a Supreme Court in respect of a decision on an objection to an assessment that has, under this Part, been referred to that Supreme Court.''.
