If the DAA registers plant expenditure in the name of an entity, the DAA may give the entity a written notice specifying conditions to which the registration is subject.
34(2) Kinds of conditions.Without limiting the kinds of conditions to which a registration may be subject, a registration may be subject to conditions requiring the entity in whose name the registration is held:
(a) to notify the DAA in writing of:
(i) the occurrence of such events; and
as are specified in the condition; and
(ii) such changes in the entity's circumstances;
(b) to give to the DAA, before 1 July 1995, certified copies of such relevant authorisations, approvals, licences or permits issued under a law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory as are specified in the condition. 34(3) Further conditions; revocation or variation of conditions.
The DAA may, by written notice given to an entity in whose name plant expenditure is registered:
(a) impose one or more further conditions to which the registration is subject; or
(b) revoke or vary a condition:
(i) imposed under paragraph (a); or
34(4) Contravention of condition not an offence.
(ii) specified under subsection (1).
It is not an offence to contravene a condition to which a registration is subject.
