SECTION 84 (ARCHIVE)   CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION ON REQUEST  

84(1)   [Request by entity]  

An entity may request the DAA to cancel any registration of plant expenditure in the name of the entity.

84(2)   [Compliance by DAA]  

The DAA must comply with the request.
