Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993 (Repealed)
The Minister may terminate the appointment of a Tribunal member, other than the Tribunal Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson, for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity.
The Minister must terminate the appointment of a Tribunal member, other than the Tribunal Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson, if the member:
(a) becomes bankrupt, applies to take the benefit of any law for the relief of bankrupt or insolvent debtors, compounds with creditors or makes an assignment of remuneration for their benefit; or
(b) contravenes subsection 10(3) without reasonable excuse.
