SECTION 6  

6   IMPOSITION OF FIRST HOME SAVER ACCOUNT PROVIDERS SUPERVISORY LEVY  
Levy payable in accordance with subsection 8(7) of the Financial Institutions Supervisory Levies Collection Act 1998 is imposed.
