GENERAL REGULATORY POWERS
An Act (other than the Customs Act 1901 ) specified in an item of Schedule 1AAD is prescribed:
(a) for the provision or provisions of the Customs Act 1901 specified in the item; and
(b) to the extent (if any) specified in the item.
An Act (other than the Customs Act 1901 ) specified in an item of Schedule 1AAD is prescribed:
(a) for the provision or provisions of the Customs Act 1901 specified in the item; and
(b) to the extent (if any) specified in the item.
