11   PROHIBITED IMPORTS  
For paragraph 243Y(1)(a) of the Act, goods the importation of which is prohibited under the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956 are prescribed.

Note:

Goods that are prescribed under this clause and the importation of which allegedly contravenes paragraph 233(1)(b) of the Act are forfeited to the Crown: see section 243Y of the Act.
