SECURITIES EXCHANGE (CORPORATIONS LAW, S 170(3))
For the purposes of subsection 170(3) of the Corporations Law, securities exchange means one of the following:
(a) Australian Stock Exchange Limited;
(b) The Ballarat Stock Exchange;
(c) The Bendigo Stock Exchange;
(d) The Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited.
For the purposes of subsection 170(3) of the Corporations Law, securities exchange means one of the following:
(a) Australian Stock Exchange Limited;
(b) The Ballarat Stock Exchange;
(c) The Bendigo Stock Exchange;
(d) The Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited.
