SECURITIES EXCHANGE (CORPORATIONS LAW S 205G)
For the purposes of subsection 205G(1) of the Corporations Law, securities exchange means one of the following:
(a) Australian Stock Exchange Limited;
(b) The Bendigo Stock Exchange;
(c) The Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited.
For the purposes of subsection 205G(1) of the Corporations Law, securities exchange means one of the following:
(a) Australian Stock Exchange Limited;
(b) The Bendigo Stock Exchange;
(c) The Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited.
