GIVING NOTICE UNDER SUBSECTION 414(2) OR (9) OF THE CORPORATIONS LAW
A notice under subsection 414(2) or (9) of the Corporations Law must be given to a person:
(a) by personal delivery; or
(b) by prepaid post to the person ' s address shown in the books of the transferor company.
