CERTIFIED COPIES OF REPORTS
A copy of:
(a) a report that must be lodged; and
(b) a certificate or other document annexed to that report;
(c) for a copy lodged for the purposes of paragraph 429(2)(c) of the Corporations Law - the controller of property of the corporation; or
(f) for a copy lodged for the purposes of subsection 475(7) of the Corporations Law - by the liquidator or provisional liquidator of the company.
A copy of:
(a) a report that must be lodged; and
(b) a certificate or other document annexed to that report;
must be certified in writing to be a true copy by:
(c) for a copy lodged for the purposes of paragraph 429(2)(c) of the Corporations Law - the controller of property of the corporation; or
(f) for a copy lodged for the purposes of subsection 475(7) of the Corporations Law - by the liquidator or provisional liquidator of the company.
