PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF DEED BY CREDITORS
For the purposes of paragraph 450D(c) of the Corporations Law, a notice under paragraph 450D(a) of the Corporations Law must be published:
(a) in a national newspaper; or
(b) in each jurisdiction in which the company has its registered office or carries on business, in a daily newspaper that circulates generally in that jurisdiction.
For the purposes of paragraph 450D(c) of the Corporations Law, a notice under paragraph 450D(a) of the Corporations Law must be published:
(a) in a national newspaper; or
(b) in each jurisdiction in which the company has its registered office or carries on business, in a daily newspaper that circulates generally in that jurisdiction.
