5B.2.04   MANNER OF SENDING NOTICES (CORPORATIONS LAW, SS 601CC(3) AND 601CL(4))  
For the purposes of subsections 601CC(3) and 601CL(4) of the Corporations Law, a notice must be sent by prepaid certified mail.
