Order of the Court of Appeal affirmed, and appeal dismissed. By consent, the costs of the appellant and respondents, the National Provincial and Union Bank of England, Ld., to be paid out of the capital of one-fifth of the testator's residuary estate, the subject of the appeal, as between solicitor and client.
