Corrections to the Explanatory Memorandum

1. Delete the final sentence in paragraph 3.54. It reads: "Generally, paragraph......under the Corporations Act 2001."
2. Delete the words: "to clarify its operation. The example" in the first and second sentences of paragraph 3.55 and insert ". It".
3. Delete the words: "to clarify its operation. The example" in the second and third sentences of paragraph 3.58 and insert ". It".
4. Delete the opening sentence of paragraph 3.59. It reads: "Paragraph 40-880(1)(e)......Corporations Act 2001."
