Division 5 - Directions to cargo terminal operators or cargo handlers  

SECTION 102FA   OFFENCE - FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH DIRECTION  

102FA(1)    
A person commits an offence if:

(a) the person is given a direction under section 102F ; and

(b) the person fails to comply with the direction.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.

102FA(2)    
Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
