SECTION 77U   LICENCE CHARGES  

77U(1)   [Liability for licence charge]  

A depot licence charge is payable in respect of the grant of a depot licence by the person or partnership seeking the grant.

77U(2)   [Charge payable within 30 days]  

A person liable to pay a depot licence charge for the grant of a depot licence must pay the charge within 30 days of the decision to grant that licence.

77U(3)   [Charge for renewal of licence]  

A depot licence charge in respect of the renewal of a depot licence is payable by the holder of the licence in accordance with section 77T .

77U(4)   [Australia Post]  

Australia Post is not liable to pay a depot licence charge under this section in respect of each grant or renewal of a depot licence that covers the whole or a part of an International Mail Centre.
