Division 3 - Register of determinations  

SECTION 80E   REGISTER OF DETERMINATIONS  

80E(1)   [ Register kept by Commissioner ]  

The Commissioner must keep a register of determinations made under Division 1 or 2.

80E(2)   [ Commissioner to determine form of register ]  

The Commissioner may decide the form of the register and how it is to be kept.

80E(3)   [ Availability of register to public ]  

The Commissioner must make the register available to the public in the way that the Commissioner determines.

80E(4)   [ Register fees ]  

The Commissioner may charge fees for:

(a) making the register available to the public; or

(b) providing copies of, or extracts from, the register.
