SECTION 1362CA EXISTING COMPANY 1362CA This Part applies to a body corporate that was incorporated, immediately before Division 2 of Part 2.2 commenced (1 January 1991), under a previous law of this jurisdiction that corresponded to Chapter 2 (as in force immediately after that Division commenced).
