SECTION 250BA PROXY DOCUMENTS - LISTED COMPANIES

250BA(1) [Notice]

In a notice of meeting for a meeting of the members of a company, the company:

(a) must specify a place and a fax number; and

(b) may specify an electronic address;

for the purposes of receipt of proxy appointments.

250BA(2) [Application of section]

This section applies only to a company that is:

(a) incorporated in Australia; and

(b) included in an official list of the Exchange.

250BA(3) [Constitution]

This section applies despite anything in the company's constitution.
