SECTION 276A
CHARGES OF RECOGNISED COMPANIES AND CERTAIN FOREIGN COMPANIES
276A
Chapter 2K (except section 276A) of the Corporations Law of another jurisdiction, and the Corporations Regulations of that jurisdiction, so far as they have effect for the purposes of that Chapter, apply in and in relation to this jurisdiction:
(a)
in relation to property (within the meaning of that Chapter) of a body corporate that, because of the definition of ``company'' in section 9 of that Law, is a company for the purposes of section 9 of that Law; or
(b)
in relation to property in Australia or an external Territory of a foreign company that is registered under Division 2 of Part 5B.2 of that Law.
