CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
601CU(1)
[Duty of Commission to issue certificate]
On registering a body corporate under
Division 1 or
2 or registering under section
601DH or
601DJ a change in a registered body's name, the Commission shall issue to the body a certificate, under the Commission's common seal and in the prescribed form, of the body's registration under that Division.
