SECTION 825A POWER TO REVOKE RESPONSIBLE ENTITY'S LICENCE WITHOUT A HEARING 825A ASIC may, by written order, revoke a licence held by the responsible entity of a registered scheme if it is satisfied that the members of the scheme have suffered, or are likely to suffer, loss or damage because the responsible entity has contravened this Law.
