SECTION 298A
AUTHORISATION OF MEMBERS OF STAFF
298A(1)
The Regulator may authorise in writing a member of staff of the Regulator, or a member of staff of another person or body referred to in the definition of Regulator in subsection 10(1) , for the purposes of a specified provision of this Act.

The authorisation may be restricted to a particular function or power under the provision.
