SECTION 29JCA   FALSE REPRESENTATION ABOUT STATUS AS RSE LICENSEE  

29JCA(1)  
A person commits an offence if:

(a) the person makes a representation; and

(b) the representation is that the person is, or is a member of a group that is, an RSE licensee; and

(c) the representation is false.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.

29JCA(2)  
Strict liability applies to subsection (1).
