The Criminal Code
A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person engages in conduct; and
(b) the conduct results in damage to, or the destruction of, property; and
(c) the property belongs to a Commonwealth entity.

Absolute liability applies to paragraph (1)(c).

(a) the person engages in conduct; and
(b) the conduct results in damage to, or the destruction of, property; and
(c) the property belongs to a Commonwealth entity.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 10 years.
