PAYMENT OF AFCA

1069B(1)
The CSLR operator must pay to AFCA an amount equal to AFCA ' s unpaid fees for a month starting on or after the accumulation recovery day if AFCA has notified the CSLR operator of those fees in accordance with subsection 1058B(1) .
1069B(2)
The CSLR operator must pay the amount to AFCA as soon as reasonably practicable after AFCA ' s notification to the CSLR operator of those fees.
1069B(3)
However, the CSLR operator must not pay an amount under this section before: (a) the start of the first levy period; or (b) any later day prescribed by regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph.
