SECTION 1237U   MANDATORY EXAMINATION  

1237U(1)    
Section 596A applies in relation to a CCIV as if the following were officers of the CCIV:

(a)    a natural person who is an officer of the CCIV;

(b)    a natural person who is a director of the corporate director of the CCIV.
