out?

The amount of FEE-HELP assistance for a unit of study
The amount of *FEE-HELP assistance to which a student is entitled for a unit of study is the difference between:
(a) the student's *tuition fee for the unit; and
(b) the sum of any *up-front payments made in relation to the unit.
The amount of *FEE-HELP assistance to which a student is entitled for a unit of study is the difference between:
(a) the student's *tuition fee for the unit; and
(b) the sum of any *up-front payments made in relation to the unit.
Note:
A lesser amount may be payable because of section 107-10 .
