Schedule 1 Amendment of principal Acts

Repeal the formula, substitute:

Tax offset to which the entity would otherwise be entitled x (*Complying superannuation/FHSA class of taxable income / Total income)

Note: This item makes a consequential amendment required as a result of the First Home Saver Accounts Act 2008.
