Schedule 4 Other amendments of the Privacy Act 1988

Insert:

alternative complaint body means:

(a) the Australian Human Rights Commission; or

(b) the Ombudsman; or

(d) the Overseas Students Ombudsman; or

(e) the Public Service Commissioner; or

(f) the Norfolk Island Public Service Board; or

(g) a recognised external dispute resolution scheme.
