is for the purpose of: (a) briefing the Minister in relation to a decision that the Minister may make under the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975; or (b) briefing the Minister in relation to a decision that the Minister may make in accordance with the document issued by the Minister known as Australia’s Foreign Investment Policy; or (c) briefing an officer of the Department who is authorised by the Minister to make a decision mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) in relation to the decision. |
